We favor specific, source-backed events with a clear schedule and venue. Reliable weekly and monthly events keep each city useful; strong one-time discoveries add what is timely right now. Listings that are vague, stale, or impossible to verify do not get priority.
Where it started
Go Today grew from the community-calendar spirit of GO Latin Dance in New York City: make local events easier to find, support the people creating them, and help more people walk through the door. The same idea now spans many kinds of events and cities around the world.
What we are building
Better freshness checks, deeper coverage in cities with enough great events, and recommendations shaped by what you save and care about. The goal stays simple: help you find something worth showing up for.
