By accessing or using Go Today, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Go Today provides an event directory, account features, saved events, personalized recommendations, event submissions, reviews, and related information. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to access another person's account or misuse authentication features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or its users.
Event schedules, prices, availability, locations, and other details can change without notice. Go Today works to provide useful and current information but does not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, or available. Confirm important details with the event organizer or venue before attending.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting event information, reviews, feedback, images, or other content, you grant Go Today a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates another person's privacy or rights. We may review, edit, reject, or remove submitted content at our discretion.
Go Today links to venues, organizers, ticket sellers, maps, and other third-party services. We do not control or endorse their content, availability, security, pricing, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use Go Today to violate any law or another person's rights.
Go Today's software, design, branding, compilation of event information, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Go Today or permission to use its branding as your own.
Go Today is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Today disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Today will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from event cancellations, inaccurate listings, third-party services, or your use of or inability to use the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
